Our number one goal is to keep you independent and living at home as long as possible. We can help you achieve this goal by offering the support and services that will keep you at home and out of long term care.

The GULF SHORES ADULT DAY HEALTH CENTER provides clients with Transportation, Meals, Activities, Medication Management, Respite and Socialization in a very comfortable setting. The Day Program operates Monday thru Friday from 6am to 5pm AND Saturday and some Sundays, 6am to 4pm. We provide transportation to and from your home. Breakfast and Lunch are served daily. Outings, such as shopping trips to Walmart, are scheduled daily. Please click on the tabs above to see the activity schedule and menu.
